Throughout its history, Club Med has forged a strong belief: the moments of happiness offered to our guests should always be shared. In other words, the fulfilling Club Med experience cannot be at the expense of others or nature. Since 1950, Club Med intends to develop by paving the way towards a more sustainable – thus a more desirable tourism.

A preserved and upscale setting, with direct and privileged access to the beach (400 m minimum).

 

Size

15 ha with approx. 50,000 m2 of buildable space or, for existing hotels, a minimum capacity of 900 beds (350 rooms).

 

Climate

An opening period of at least 9 months per year.

 

Accessibility

Less than two hours from an international airport and in a safe area.

 

Activities

A region with a cultural potential to allow discovery excursions, and the surface area available on the site for sports and water sports facilities.

A renowned, high-end ski area with direct access to the slopes (ski-in/ski-out).

 

Size

Min 1.5 ha with approx. 25,000 m2 buildable or, for existing hotels, a minimum capacity of 250 rooms.

 

Climate

A long ski season and the possibility of opening in the summer.

 

Accessibility

Less than two hours from an international airport or high-speed train station.

 

Activities

Lively resort, with the possibility of doing activities in winter as well as in summer (skiing, hiking, golf, etc.).
