Our ambition
Up to 5 upscale resorts opening per year worldwide
In its 73-year history, Club Med has never had such a strong portfolio. Most of our 70 resorts are either new or recently built, renovated or undergoing renovation, and all are or will be profitable.
In 2022, we opened 6 new exceptional Resorts:
- Club Med Magna Marbella (Spain)
- Club Med Tignes (French Alps)
- Club Med Hokkaido Peak (Japan)
- Club Med Changbaishan (China)
- Club Med Thousand Islands (near Shanghai, China)
- Club Med Joyview Yanqing (near Beijing, China)
Renovations and extensions were also carried out at 4 resorts:
- Club Med Val d’Isère (French Alpes)
- Club Med Peisey-Vallandry (French Alps)
- Marrakech (Morocco)
- Phuket (Thailand)
as well as the technical renovation of the Club Med 2 boat.
This is just the beginning: Between 2023 and 2025, we aim to open 17 new Resorts and will complete more than 10 extensions/renovations. By 2025, we expect to increase capacity by more than 20% compared to 2022.
